A bankers cheque no013647 purchased on 12-8-2002 from SBM Ambedkarveedhi Bangalore for Rs 29332 encashed by CMC Yelahanka on 13-11-2002. No reply nor no action by BBMP. My lawyer doubts misuse. Hence acerified copy of the front and back of encashed DD needed.

The Proactive disclosure is to be made mandatory and should be made within 120 days of the enactment of the act. But many of the Public Authorities are not caring. We must complain against such PA to the Information commission (central/state) ifg we come across. It is our duty.
